I recently visited this store for the first time with my new puppy and was greeted with a coupon book by the manager Sandy he also helped me find all the things I needed for my pup. I also was introduce to his grooming salon in which I will come visit them next week to get my pup pampered very exited. Thank you Sandy for all your help I really like this store.
Petco is a favorite store of mine for many reasons! The staff is very friendly and always available for questions and/or help finding a product. The store is well stocked! Pets are welcome! They do a wonderful job grooming And have shot clinics at various times (check store for details).
Most helpful employees at this location! After being troubled by a new puppy, Sandy, the manager, was very helpful in assisting me with all of the pet supplies and food I would need in the coming weeks. I have visited this store numerous times since and I have never encountered an issue. The store is very organized and clean. I would recommend this location to anyone needing pet supplies!
I recently visited the store to return an item that really was not up to par with what we had expected. It was an aquarium heater and I was about $40. The manager who’s name is Sam was extremely helpful and gave us a store credit and let us pick out another heater. Originally we thought we would have to send it back to the manufacture since it was under warranty But my fish would not be able to live without that heater long enough for the manufacture to get us a new one. Staff was extremely helpful friendly and considerate. It’s how every retail operation should be. Thank you Sam!
Jaclyn & Beth do the best work! We've been going to Broadway Pet for years, but after going to Petco, we were so pleased with the service! Jaclyn & Beth are super friendly & do such an amazing job. Everyone needs to go & request for them-you will not be disappointed!
