Le Pup opening in Clermont was the best thing ever to happen to me and my dogs!! They only carry natural and healthy food and treats, at such an affordable price, and have tons of discount coupons every now and then. Every time you walk into the store, the staff takes their time to answer your questions and give you exactly what you want, with a personalized customer service unlike any other. The groomer, Amanda, is extraordinary at her job, so your furry friends will leave the store looking exactly how you wanted them to! Unlike most businesses nowadays, Le Pup truly cares about their customers and their animals, making you feel at home even on your first visit. The store is new, clean, and better-looking than any other pet store out there, which only adds points to their excellence. I’d recommend everyone to go there, regardless of your pet’s size and/or illnesses, as they carry everything you might look for. Truly a blessing to have found my second family at Le Pup!
I’ve taken my dogs quite a few times in this shop and in every one of them I experienced great customer service. I’m never giving up on this groomer, such a great one!!! For me it’s a plus the staff is always friendly and helpful with my hard availability of hours to drop off or pick up. Also I find a great variety of food and gifts.
I have found my new place for grooming and specialty dog food! This place is great ! Friendly and helpful from the time you get there until you leave, and their grooming services are amazing ! Definitely recommend this place.
I'm new in Clermont and have tried two other places before and was not happy .Then I found Le Pup ,they are very friendly and the grooming service was great ,I found the place for my little yorkie.The store is beautiful with a lot opitions on healthy food treats and more .And was also extra special when a foud out one of the owners is brazilian like me.Found the place for my Cheri.
