We travel 30 mins from Leesburg all the way to Clermont to get our nails done. Nobody in the Leesburg area could do nails right so my Grandmother recommended this place and we been going here ever since. There was a girl who tried to force me into getting Ombre nails but I haven't had her or seen her since that time. My mom's favorite technician is Bo & Lena, while I like Jenny & Michael!
This is the worst place ever to go. I would never recommend anybody to go there. They do a horrible job on my nails, then told me they couldn't fix it until the next day, so if I was you I would never spend my money there. No respect for Coatomers at all such rude people go else where people IJS

My mom and I only come here. Charlie or Anna normally work on me; they are amazing and they listen to everything you tell them. Charlie is normally booked up, so call in advance. Anna is currently on maternity leave! My mom always goes to Snow. She is amazing!
I came in just wanting regular polish ($13) and the girl kept insisting me to get 'dip powder'. Not knowing what it was, I finally gave in because I was told it was $5 extra, total now being $18. As she was doing them I told her I didn't like them and that they didn't feel right and I just wanted regular polish but she began to be rude and tell me they were fine. I went to check out at the total came to $35, which didn't add up to what they had told me in the beginning and when I addressed it they acted as if it was never said, so I payed and left. When I got to my car I looked at them and noticed how terrible they looked, very sloppy, didn't clean up my cuticles and every nail was uneven. I was going to go in, but it was a Sunday so they were closed so I called the next day to see if I could get my money back or if they would simply take them off for me and they said they would not give me my money back or fix them because I didn't come back in the same day. I asked if I could just come in and have them fix them to look normal with no charge and they continued to be rude and tell me no. I am furious about this experience. Terrible customer service. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! They do not deserve your time or money!
My wife went in picked color said can't do pick other color asked her to pick 3 color said we have can't find made her pick 4th color after waiting long time a big place like this should be able the colors they show you would not recommend it if they can't do the colors you want .
