Good for furniture, a lot of options, they have excellent sales man, that really helps you to get what you want, but the good furniture are not cheap.
Long story short:
Work off of commission so be prepared for the hounding. We ordered couches & when deliver came we were shorted a lamp. I had to call several times and when it was to be delivered again, the driver was unable to make it. Then after another call it was MAILED to me, over 2 months after the initial delivery. I guess I forgot how bad they were because I ordered a matching nightstand for the bed I bought. We scheduled the delivery date for May 13th. On May 11th we received a text that our order would be delivered between 10am and 2pm. May 13th... 1:45pm I received a call that stated the driver was late and would not be to our home until between 3pm and 4pm. After calling customer service to find out if we could reschedule it for Saturday the 14th or perhaps a later time today I am told Saturday was all booked but Monday would work. Convenient. I told them just have the driver come. Now don't get me wrong, I absolutely understand things happen and driver's get delayed, the issue is calling 15 minutes ahead of the cutoff delivery time to let me know he's over an hour behind. He knew well before 1:45pm he'd be late. You can't get anywhere in Florida in under 30 minutes, we could have been notified ASAP he even thought he would be late. That's bad customer service. After delivery I called the customer service to speak with someone. From the moment she got on the phone she was short and clearly unhappy to be at her place of employment. I asked to speak with her supervisor, she said "Why?". I said it was a delivery issue. "Well, I need to know something I cant just transfer you.". Ok... I started my story, she interrupted me to tell me "...things happen, it's not his fault. You have to know things happen." She not only interrupted me but tried to talk over me to get her point across. In the middle of my sentence she said she was going to put me on a brief hold and she did without waiting for a response for me. After more than 5 minutes (brief?) she got on the line and said she'd give me half the deliver fee. I said ok and she hung up. No thank you, sorry for the inconvenience, no nothing. Question: If I was late on my payment, would the company be gracious enough to understand "things happen, it wasn't my fault". I called right back and asked who the supervisor was and that I'd like to speak with them. She said ok and she put me on hold to connect me. After 3 minutes she get's back on the line and said.... Wait for it... "She said she's busy on another call and to just refund you the whole delivery amount." After I finished laughing, I said that wasn't why I called. I asked to please send the Supervisor my information to call me. The supervisor never did. But I think it makes it clear that if the Supervisor is unprofessional enough to not care to speak with a customer, too busy to even tell me to leave a voicemail, or hold for a minute if I wanted to wait for her then we know where the CSR's get's customer service skills.
Great place to shop for furniture. Good prices
Our bedroom set was originally delivered on March 9th and was broken, driver said we would have new pieces same day or next day, then we are called that we wouldn't have them for a few days, schedule delivery and they didn't arrive in time for me to go to work as I told them the time repeatedly, so they delivered the new pieces and we put the whole bed together on our own, low and behold we were missing pieces, but not just pieces, the support beams. Proceed to send emails back and forth with customer service who says on March 14th that the items are being overnighted to me and after several days when they hadn't arrived they gave me the tracking number which still only said "shipping label printed awaiting items" AKA they printed a label and hadn't actually mailed anything yet, proceed to email the same person that information and they tell me to let the website update... and proceed to run me in circles. After 2 weeks I email them yet again since I still didn't have my pieces to finish my bed and then they say I won't be able to have them for about few weeks, and to call customer care to schedule delivery. Call customer care to get a return at this point because I don't want this broken bed that I've now had for 3 weeks and they say they don't do returns and to call the store we bought from. Call them, they refuse return as well and say they will see if they have the parts there in store, they claim they do, and they will mail them to us which I refuse and say we will pick up ourselves, thankfully we did because we go to pick it up and they're trying to give us just a regular old metal bed frame you just put a bed on... when we bought this platform wooden bed with drawers under it, so they take those metal frames and return with the pieces we actually showed them in the instruction book we brought and take the new items to the house AND THEY'RE ALSO THE WRONG PIECES! I still don't have a complete bed, and it's been 3 weeks. Oh, in the store they offered a $50 credit toward buying our next item, not toward the item we already bought that's incomplete for giving me that money, but a store credit, like I'm ever gonna shop at this horrible place again, yeah right. Don't ever shop here. I've literally told everyone I know not to shop here, worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life.
Great service and furniture
