His knowledge of the products and the willingness to show and demonstrate the differences as well as price comparison was refreshing. No high sale pitches just "I want to sell you what you need and what you can afford."

Would never refer anyone here for a furniture purchase. We have been customers for 9 years in 3 different states and this has been the worst experience of our furniture buying lives. Our salesman was extremely pushy and wouldn't listen to our needs (kept trying to sell us a king bed+mattress set when we told him all we wanted was a queen mattress), then he aggressively tried to upsell me when my husband went to use the restroom. I should have taken the hint there to leave. We wanted to purchase a floor model mattress and he told us we'd have to pay twice the amount in shipping, wouldn't be able to choose our shipping date or window and it would not carry any warranty. We reluctantly went with a brand new one and it turned out to be so painfully uncomfortable and nothing like the floor mattress we 'tested'. Called the store and they said to test it out for 30 days because mattresses take time to settle. Here we are 34 days later and I contact their customer service only to be told they DON'T have a satisfaction guarantee and refunds are only honored withing 48 hours of delivery. I have never felt so ripped of by a retail chain in my life. I could just cry after buying this $1500 dollar mattress that hurts to sleep on.I would sooner recommend someone to buy furniture from Walmart than this store.
