I was a little skeptical of this place when I first drove up. Not that the car wash wasn't going to be fine, but that the prices were going to be higher than they should. A quick drive by showing off the colorful l.e.d. lights that fill the building fueled that well. An absolute basic car was will run $6. But apparently could run as high as $190. As i suspected the prices were high. This is because that $6 car wash doesn't cover your entire car. Underside, rims and tires are sperate. To get those done it costs an extra $4. On the plus side the wash is fast; Maybe to fast. The wheels that i paid extra to have cleaned still had a significant amount of dirt on them, albeit they were better than they started with. On positive side, the free vacuums were nice and the suction was at least double of what my home shop vac can produce. So the big question of will I be back, or recommend them, is yet to be seen. I wasn't dazzled, but they did meet my expectations, sorta. There is a lot of room for improvement, but in no way was the experience terrible.
Joe's carwash is just that a wash. I have been going to Big Mike's Hand Car Wash down the street for the past year and should never have left to try out the new guy in town. I was told there was a dump of a car wash down the street when I asked for my car to be detailed. If you don't offer the service, just say that, but to downgrade the local competitor is pathetic and unprofessional. Joe's will never see my $6 for a machine wash that leaves dirt and streaks when I can pay a few more dollars down the street and get my car looking brand new, inside and out, and feel welcomed and appreciated every time. The customer service is on point and I will never go elsewhere again. The atmosphere is always fun and friendly from the waiting area, to the food truck, to the basketball hoop, to the staff. Big Mike and his team always make sure you and your car leave smiling.
I am very pleased with how my car was washed and treated. I completely was astonished by this place. To have tools as any professional car washing / car detailer in an off-road place They offer customers couple of packages, and i had the basic package for $25 which includes wash soaping exterior & then drying it with after-polish compound to give not only a shiny look but also a sleekly feeling, and cleaning interior + vacuuming.
The car looked great at first when I stepped out to glance at it, but when I took a look at the front of my car I had bird poop all over it. I have a Toyota Corolla The vacuum area was great, and the property they maintain it to be very clean. Wouldn’t go back though, the manager’s special was going which was a great deal and cleaned everything, but bird poop which surprised me because there were employees out in front of the car but I guess they just sprayed something in front of the car. I’m unsure.
Really needed to get the car washed and don't have much free time so I wanted to try out the new car wash. My husband didn't want to use one of the drive through machines cause he doesn't like them but I told him it's new, everything should be fine. WELL... IT WASN'T! Went right before they closed and got the $18 wash with the wash, tires, everything. Sooo woke up this morning to have a look, cause it was dark last night, and was completely p***** off. The WHOLE driver side of the car didn't even get washed, the left side was done really crappy and there isn't an ounce of shine on the tires. The car wash itself deserves zero stars but the free vacuums were great, the suction was really good. Didn't want to go back and complain cause it should've been done right the first time. Leaned my lesson, will never go back there again, complete waste of money.
