I was a little skeptical at first. There is no building, no high tech facilities, and Big Mike’s is located next to a gas station. Honestly not the first impression that would bolster confidence. HOWEVER... never judge a book by its cover.
Great service, very fast and thorough. Robin did an excellent job cleaning out all the dog fur inside my car (There was a lot, trust me). I would recommend big mikes to anyone local or on vacation. You can also drop your car off if you don't feel like waiting.
Big Mike greeted me personally with a huge smile and a firm handshake. Gave an unadvertised discount as it was my first time there. Took my Jeep Wrangler Rubicon (which has seen quite a few trails, a lot of mud, and dust) and made it look the best it has looked in years!
Came from out of town. My car was covered with bugs and they had been there for 4 days so I finally took it to get washed. Big Mikes was fantastic! Such a hard working and efficient group. Good to see people actually busting their butts to try and make their business succeed. People like this need our support, so if you get the chance go out there and give them some business. I promise you won't be disappointed

His team worked diligently, with a smile and a quick but never sloppy pace. I said nothing about the wash as I watched them work their magic. I watched as Big Mike and his team would find little messy details on the vehicle, both exterior and interior, and go at each of them like it was the only job they had to do that day.

Mike is amazing! Hands down the best service I have ever gotten! I am from out of state and I was very nervous about going anywhere to get my car detailed. I called mike and he was so kind and courteous! He assured me that the vehicle would be spotless and the smoke smell from the previous owner would be gone, he definitely supplied this and more! He had amazing customer service and was honest and kind! I will only go to him for my detailing! His prices are phenomenal and are half the rate of what other detail shops are charging! I recommend mike 100%! You won't be disappointed!!!
