I am a customer for a while with you. Today you not only wasted my time but lied to me. Few weeks ago, I was reading your reviews. One customer complained about her dog treatment. You took her dog for a shot inside and the owner waited outside for a long time. I called you and you and asked if you change your policy about this, because I always want to be with my dog when she gets any kind of shots. You denied the truthfulness of this review, and told me that the owners are always with their pets when they get shots or for any other reason. Today, my 9:00 am appointment took until 9:30, for technician came and asked for my dog. I told her that I would like to be with her. She was apparently was upset with me, and asked me to stay here until there is a room opening and left. People were going in and out from the rooms people who came after me were called in the rooms. I went to front office, I asked if I am being punished because of this incident. She denied that and went inside and came back and told me that "I am not being punished, surgeon is doing a surgery in the back, as if it is is related to the incident, and said for booster, I do not need a doctor nor I need a room, they will take the dog and give her the shot. The lady who came after me with a little dog also came for booster shot and she was taken to the room and waiting, so this was such an obvious lie. I left your place never to come back again. My pet did not get her booster shot today, I will go somewhere else. You will shrug your shoulders to this. But do not forget, you might have good doctors over there, but the techs and front staff make the difference. You lost me as a customer. That one star you got, not because of you deserved it, because I had to pick at least one star otherwise the program does not allow me to post this message for others to see and read. Shame on you!
Had to wait for quite some time due to emergencies that came in early but it was worth the wait. The clinic was immaculate, smelled clean, and the staff was super friendly and polite. The doctor was very thorough and had a wonderful bedside manner. Informative and provided great options. I've owned dogs for 20+ years and being new to the area, I was concerned. The exam she performed was the most thorough of any vet I've taken any of my dogs to ever. Very impressed. Worth the drive and time spent.
This place is awesome. My girlfriend has taken her cat here for several years, but I've taken him the past two times. The staff is wonderful and knows our fur baby by name any time we come in... I'm from the city, but this little vets office makes everyone feel like Family (definitely a rarity in the city)... Also, Dr. Bork is wonderful!
Very friendly staff. Clean and efficient. Great doctors. Both of my dogs feel very comfortable there with everyone. Meds always in supply.
So I had life issues with husband losing job and having to go into hospital for treatments, etc. so for the first time ever my dogs were not up-to-date so I called to make an appointment and the receptionist did not try to get me in at all. She said the first available was 9 days out and that they were "down one doctor" and busy. I said one of my dogs needed in quickly and she said nothing. So when I said that I would hate to have to change vets, she just said, "yeah" and "have a nice day". So much for years and years of patronage, not to mention LOTS of money because they aren't cheap. Will start looking for somewhere else to go even though I loved the vets there!
