Real nice place to own and live but not for a few nights stay. Heated pool was covered the whole time. Needed a cable box to get cable. No picnic table or fire pit on site.
We lived here for over 9 months and had a truly wonderful experience. This was the safe neighborhood we had been searching for and the facilities were always very clean, the staff friendly, and the neighbors kind and respectful. We've been completely spoiled by our time here.
This ownership community deserves a look from two perspectives. First, if you are considering owning a RV/park home site in the area, you really need to look at this one. As are many, this community has been developed in several phases and is a bit unique in that it is not just another cookie cutter park with every lot looking the same. There are some streets that bear the familiar RV park look to some degree, and other streets with lots shaped & developed. You see that a majority of the owners take great pride in their property. As a short-term renter, we visited some friends and were fortunate to rent a lot right next door. This particular lot is still owned by the developer, and thus is for sale. Paved in beautiful stones, it is deep, wide & level with utilities intelligently placed. Every park has a challenge or two... and here we found the WiFi unusable, cable TV that requires a converter box (we didn't do it), and the pool was closed for repairs. At nearly $90/night, I'm not sure we received a good value.
The RV Parking Slabs are Wonderful. There all level for you. The kids place to play is clean and close to the pool area. Showers and restrooms were Very Clean. A Great place to stay.
