Poor Customer Service, and poor response time.
I tried to list a property with an agent at this company, and after 5 weeks I stopped trying. After sending us a CMA and acting like she wanted to list the property, she failed to return multiple phone messages and emails. Finally after 5 weeks she sends us a listing agreement far from what was discussed and agreed to. Hard to gain business that way folks.
