Often super busy, but they do their best to keep the line moving as fast as possible.
Tldr: The wait time was very long but it's beyond their control. The store seemed properly supplied with attentive employees in every register clearly doing their best.
If I could give this less than 1 star I would. They have lost or delivered to the wrong place well over $200 worth of packages in less than a year. When the packages are delivered it is to the wrong apartment number since the delivery driver apparently doesn't know how to read.
There was even a lady "line busting," making sure everyone was in the right line and calling out to a side desk to help flat rate shipping.
The staff was actually very nice and friendly, the gentleman who helped me even apologized for the wait time, but boy was there a wait time! I can't rate it higher just for that, there was a very long line (around noon) even though they were fully staffed.

Very rude customer service. I came in about 20 minutes before closing and decided to be nice and allow another customer to use my tape; she took a little longer than expected. Then the tape stopped dispensing. When I asked a staff member to use a scissor in order to try and fix the tape, she would not allow me to. Then they made comments out loud saying things like, "Well, it's 6 o'clock, I'm closing out my drawer." And moments later went on to close the gate on me at exactly 6pm like I wasn't standing right there trying to finish up my packages. If you can send off your packages elsewhere do that. Very rude staff that seriously need some retraining on what customer service is. I've never been to a post office like this, never again.
