For the price they charge, it is definitely not worth it. An EPIC fail!
In the scheme of things you are not really paying that much for a ticket. Prices of some tickets are subsidized so they do not really reflect the true cost of making a $100 - $200 mm movie. Some flop and others make money. So you end up paying more for the food instead. As I have always said - you have choices! Go somewhere else or don't go at all and wait for it to come out on video then you can sit at home with your own popcorn and a cold drink. But don't criticize the folks who are trying to make your visit pleasant.
Wish I could give this 0 stars! Went to go see IT and first thing, the staff was very rude and nasty, they have a bunch of teenagers running the place! Second, we go into the theater and it looks like it's never been cleaned! There was popcorn all over the floor, cups everywhere, bags of popcorn in the seats, and just trash all over! Third, the paint is chipping off the walls, the seats are cracked and sticky, and the floor is sticky and gross! Absolutely disgusting. We go to find a manager after the movie and there's not an employee in sight! I understand it was late but there should still be someone there if a customer needs help! Absolutely ridiculous! I definitely recommend driving to AMC and not wasting your money here!

To all you negative raters - did you ever think that sometimes it is difficult to hire motivated energetic people when the wages are most likely at the minimum rate? The managers themselves are most likely young and not highly experienced from what I have observed. Yes - they could do a better job in certain areas, but, hey if you want to contribute then give suggestions for improvements instead of just whining.
I have found that a "thank you" and a smile will make customer service people go out of their way to make things better for you including throwing on some fresh popcorn when asked. Quite frankly I have never had a bad experience at this theatre and I have fairly high standards for service.
This place would not allow my children to see the movie it and when we said some thing they escorted us out they would not allow a nine year old kid to view the movie even though he was accompanied by an adult
Just moved to the area. Have been here many times since June. The folks are friendly and I found the food i.e. popcorn delicious. Great seating.
Another genius idea they just came up with...get rid of the "rewards card" so, now, all rewards members have to yell their phone number at the ticket booth as the cashiers have a hard time hearing through the little hole in the window. I think they need to reconsider this misstep.
But we came here to see deadpool a while back they did not say anything and deadpool is nothing but violence sex and cussing these epic theaters basters are ruining the movie business. Their food tasted like they got it out of the trash.
This cinema is in business because they are the only game in town. Rewards program is terrible compared to AMC and Regal, bombard viewers with local ads over and over again, and the concession stand always tries to unload stale pop corn on unsuspecting customers even though they tell customers they make fresh pop corn every show. I wanted to get hot dogs, they were out. Then, I asked to get ice cream, sundae and, once again, they were out. So I decided to order a cheeseburger. Now, mind you, the cheeseburger in the picture on the menu looks like a regular "round" juicy, heavenly burger with decent size "round" beef patties and fresh cheese. What I got were 2 teeny tiny, square, and microwaved White Castle cheeseburgers for $5.00 with beef patty so thin you could get a paper cut if you are not careful.
