Ordered well done pizza came all doughy.. The steak and cheese grinder wasn't even on a roll but a gross greasy piece of dough that was so greasy you couldn't pick it up.. Called and complained to Melanie and she took my number and said she would talk to the owner that was 2 days ago.. would never go back! ....Well the owner called back after a couple of days said he had to talk to his cook and get back to me.. Still waiting!
Ehh they can be good but if you order right before closing expect your food to be half cooked they dont leave that stuff in long enough
First time ordering from Pizzanos. Ordered the Mexican pizza and meat lovers. Excellent... and the delivery guy was great very pleasant. Thank you Pizzanos.
Can't comment on the food because it was never delivered. Ordered through the slice app from the Davenport store. Apparently 5 miles is too far to deliver, so they transferred it to the Clermont store. 2 hours later, no food. Delivery driver was given the wrong address and phone number by the managers of the Clermont store. I guess it's too much work to double check the info. When I called both stores, and Slice, everyone blamed everyone else. Never ordering from them again. This just happened, and I'm just hungry, and angry.
Horrible customer service !!! Me and my friend wanted a good meal delivered to our hotel room so we can eat while we were packing our luggage for our 14hour travel day the next morning. We ordered online at 630. And 45 minutes later we received a email saying something we ordered they no longer had. So when we got that straightened out at 730! The person we spoke to said she spoke to Mike to clarify that it was all good to go and that it could be at the longest another hour and a half but that they would put a rush on it. so we begrudgingly said okay. When 9 o'clock arrived I called to get a status update and was told that they only got the confirmation 30 minutes prior and that they were just expecting the driver back and he would head out. 35 more minutes passed and I called back only to be told the driver has left. And I informed him that we've been waiting 3 hours now. And that's a little crazy and he just fired back about how I need to understand they were busy and they need to account for the weather. And that it takes time to get to us. Treating me as if I was ignorant. I told him it would be nice to get a call or a heads up if I'm going to be waiting 3 hours for a meal.. And through a lot of back and forth he said you have 2 choices cancel your order or wait. All I wanted was a apology or the acknowledgment of how badly the service was. A little understanding would be great. I wouldn't be able to review the food since we cancelled our order but the customer service was horrid. We ended up walking to McDonald's at 10pm and got 10x better service by a teenager. Than that man had the decency to give us. We are decent people who appreciate good service. Instead I am writing a bad review. If I could give this zero stars based on my experience I would.
