Yes, we all like a local business that is friendly and recognizes their frequent customers. Sometimes though, a person just doesn't have an extra 10 minutes to stand around waiting to be served. I had recently purchased milk and ice cream in my car.
They are at a good price and down to earth Clermont friendly. Compliments to Diane and staff! Keep up the great work.
I can honestly say that when I have stopped and asked for assistance they are knowledgeable and friendly.
A little note, you can't please everyone on google reviews. On the other if a person has nothing but negative things to say on all of their reviews it's a loosing battle and beyond your control.....enough said!

This place sucks. The people that work here could careless if you shopped their store.
Prices are a little more than a chain type liquor store, but they have an excellent selection of liquors. It is the one store that carries a brand of scotch I can't find even in the big chain stores.
That said: I'm sure the staff is friendly and all, but to keep a customer standing around waiting to pay while both cashiers are chatting with others about personal things just isn't right. I left my purchase and will find another place to shop.
