Absolutely great place. Customer Service was amazing and I got what I needed quickly
Me and my friends wanted to print out a board game to play on a Friday night. Although the employees of this Staples were gracious in printing out the instructions on the same day, the employee running the printing station seemed to be quite bad at their job. Not only were they somewhat rude in telling us how much the print would cost, but they also didn't even print out the entire PDF: he only printed out 8 pages of 13. Not sure how you manage to screw up that badly. The air quality was good though - much better than Hero's Landing.
This store refused to price match best buy. Manager said it was a corporate policy for black friday. Called staples corporate and they said that's not true, but price matching is at the discretion of the store. So the advertised price matching is a scam, and this store lies to customers.
Ray was very helpful as well as the cashier and another floor employee. Ray took his time helping me to choose the right printer for my needs. Even my kids mentioned how good the customer service was. We will definitely use this store on the future!
